Multimedia design is collaborative process and takes an innovative, motivated, and creative team of talented staff, freelancers, vendors, clients, and specialists. 

I have over 20 years of expertise leading diverse teams  in conceptualizing, developing and producing electronic, print, and 3D products from concept to completion. During my career I have directed numerous  award winning branding/identity, advertising, copy writing/editing, graphic design, marketing, publications, exhibit graphics, internet and multimedia design solutions. 

I led the design vision at multiple national magazines. And built on those lessons when I created RCW Communication Design Inc. to meet the communications needs the underserved governmental, scientific, health, academic, and non-profit sectors.

A core element of my design approach is my dedication to the design profession. I  judge and lecture  groups ranging from the American Graphic Design & Advertising and Art Director's Club to DC Public High Schools and DC metro area colleges. Engaging and mentoring fellow designers,  young professional and emerging youth is part of my personal professional development and an invest in the future of the design field.
